back in nz, and the magsafe adaptor burns

By Truman Boyes · · 1 min read

Finally made it back into New Zealand. Flew Singapore Airlines on a leased Boeing 747-400. Was playing a game of Command and Conquer : Generals on the macbookpro when the MagSafe adaptor started arching and started burning. I will take some pics and upload soon. Unfortunately the mac is now no longer under warranty as this is the 1st Gen MBP, and I didn’t purchase Applecare.

Popped over to Magnum Mac in Wellington and picked up a new magsafe adaptor.
