almost departed, and the tug of war

I was pulling out on MI755 out of Phuket to Singapore when the tug which was pushing the plane back out of the gate to the runway had an accident with the plane. The pushing tow bar disconnected from the plane and drove under the front wheel of the aircraft. In order to remove the metal bar from under the wheel, the nose of the aircraft needs to be be lifted. Even after this step, the aircraft requires a maintanence check; so we disembarked from the flight and now I have vauge  information on whether I will make my connecting flights. C’est la vie! In any case, I am sure that it will all work out.
